By using our services, customers acknowledge and agree to the following legal terms and conditions.

1. Service Provider Responsibility

PM Rent A Car operates as a car rental service provider and transportation facilitator. We provide rental assistance, vehicle arrangements, and customer support services.

All vehicle owners, rental partners, and associated companies are responsible for completing and maintaining their own:

Vehicle registration documents
Insurance documents (where applicable)
Ownership documents
Driver documentation
Rental agreements
Legal permissions and approvals required under applicable laws

PM Rent A Car is not responsible for documents, ownership matters, or legal compliance of third-party vehicle owners or rental partners beyond the agreed service arrangement.

2. Vehicle Theft, Snatching & Criminal Activities

PM Rent A Car shall not be held responsible for any incident involving:

Vehicle theft
Vehicle snatching
Robbery
Criminal activities
Unauthorized use of vehicle
Loss of personal belongings
Any illegal activity conducted by the customer, driver, or third party

The customer and/or vehicle owner must immediately report such incidents to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Any investigation, FIR registration, police inquiry, or legal proceedings related to such incidents shall be handled by the concerned vehicle owner, customer, driver, insurance company, and relevant authorities according to applicable laws.

3. Accident & Vehicle Damage Policy

PM Rent A Car is not responsible for accidents, collisions, damages, injuries, or losses caused during the rental period due to:

Customer negligence
Driver negligence
Traffic violations
Unsafe driving
Road conditions
Weather conditions
Third-party actions

The customer and vehicle user are responsible for complying with traffic laws and safe driving practices.

Any accident-related matters, including:

Police reports
FIR procedures
Insurance claims
Repair costs
Legal claims

shall be handled according to the rental agreement and applicable laws between the concerned parties.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers using rental vehicles agree that they are responsible for:

Providing accurate personal information
Providing valid identification documents
Using the vehicle legally
Following traffic rules
Returning the vehicle in agreed condition
Not allowing unauthorized persons to operate the vehicle
Not using the vehicle for illegal purposes

Any violation of laws or misuse of the vehicle will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Driver Responsibility

Where chauffeur services are provided, drivers are responsible for:

Following traffic regulations
Safe operation of the vehicle
Professional conduct during service

However, PM Rent A Car is not responsible for independent actions, negligence, misconduct, or illegal activities committed by drivers outside the agreed service terms.

6. No Criminal Liability Against PM Rent A Car

PM Rent A Car shall not be held legally responsible for criminal acts, accidents, theft, misuse, or unlawful activities committed by customers, drivers, vehicle owners, or third parties.

Any legal complaint, FIR, investigation, or criminal case arising from such incidents shall be directed toward the responsible individual, vehicle owner, driver, or concerned party according to applicable law.

7. Third-Party Vehicle Owners & Rental Partners

Some vehicles may be provided through associated rental partners or vehicle owners.

All third-party partners are responsible for:

Vehicle legality
Ownership documents
Insurance requirements
Maintenance standards
Driver documentation
Compliance with applicable regulations

PM Rent A Car acts only as a service facilitator and is not responsible for disputes between customers and third-party vehicle owners unless caused by direct contractual obligations of PM Rent A Car.

8. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings during the rental period.

PM Rent A Car is not responsible for:

Lost items
Stolen belongings
Damaged personal property
Items left inside vehicles

Customers should ensure their valuables are secured at all times.

9. Service Availability & Vehicle Changes

Vehicle availability may depend on:

Booking confirmation
Maintenance requirements
Operational conditions
Availability of rental partners

PM Rent A Car reserves the right to provide an alternative vehicle of similar category if the originally requested vehicle becomes unavailable.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By booking or using PM Rent A Car services, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these legal terms and conditions.

Customers agree that PM Rent A Car provides rental assistance and transportation services while all parties remain responsible for their own legal obligations.
